1. What's happening at the event?
We'll be celebrating 20 years of the Backstreet Boys, 20 years of music, and 20 years of KTBSPA at the Backstreet Boys 20th Anniversary Fan Celebration!
The boys will be showcasing new music, showing a special clip of their upcoming documentary, answering your questions, and all attendees will have a chance to meet them too*!
This is a FREE event!
*All attendees will be able to purchase a VIP upgrade including meet & greet + GROUP photo inside the venue for $150
2. When is the event?
April 20, 2013 at 5:00pm PST
*Fan Club winners & other guaranteed ticket winners must be in line by 4:30pm or they will forfeit their guaranteed pass

4. How do I get a ticket into the event?
- This is a FREE event!
- Fan Club members can sign up for a chance at a guaranteed ticket to the celebration event through Friday here.
- There will be contests on the boys' Facebook and Twitter pages for more chances to win guaranteed tickets.
- If you don't win a guaranteed ticket: The doors will be open for the general public to enter for free on a first-come, first-serve basis at the venue on April 20th. Come down to The Fonda Theatre - we want to see you all there to celebrate our 20 years together!
*All winners must bring a Photo ID to the event; Guaranteed passes are non-transferrable and guarantee entry for ONE only.
5. What if I'm not a fan club member or didn't get picked for guaranteed entry?
If you don't win a guaranteed ticket: The doors will be open for the general public to enter for free on a first-come, first-serve basis at the venue on April 20th. Come down to The Fonda Theatre - we want to see you all there to celebrate our 20 years together!
6. How will entry to the event work?
Fan club winners and other guaranteed pass winners will be allowed to enter the venue first, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All fans with guaranteed tickets must be in line to enter by 4:30pm, or risk forfeiting their guaranteed entry.
Once all fans with guaranteed passes have had their chance to enter, the doors will open for all fans & the general public to enter on a first-come, first-serve basis. Come to The Fonda Theatre - we want to see everyone there to celebrate 20 years together!

7. How do I meet the Backstreet Boys at this event?
All fans who enter The Fonda Theatre for the event will have the option to purchase a VIP upgrade for $150. This VIP upgrade includes a meet & greet and GROUP photo with the Backstreet Boys.
8. Do I have to be a Fan Club Member to purchase the VIP to meet the boys?
No, you don't have to be a fan club member to purchase the upgrade.

9. I can't get to LA. Can I watch online?
Yes! We want to celebrate with EVERY Backstreet Boys fan all over the world. We'll be streaming live - stay tuned to find out how you can buy your viewing ticket to be part of the celebration without even leaving home.
10. Are there any age restrictions?
No, but please bring your ID to enter the venue (guaranteed passes are not transferable). You must be 21 in order to drink alcohol.
11. Can I bring my camera?
Yes! Bring your cameras and capture 20 years of memories and celebration!
12. Can I bring my own food/drinks?
Please leave outside food & drink at home. There will be drinks and BSB-themed cocktails available for purchase at the event.
